TELKOM EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION
Telkom Educational Foundation is a foundation pioneered by PT Telkom ( Telkom Indonesia) to enhance a higher educational and trainings to develop professional human resources in infocom. YPT have four higher educational and one training centre that is IT Telkom, IM Telkom, Stisi Telkom, Polytechnic Telkom and Telkom PDC. Besides that, there are 3 other bussiness unit who works under YPT that is 2 company who works at broadcasting unit, that is : PT. Radio Lintas Kontinental ( Radio K-lite/ 90, 1 FM) which acts as a media business promotion of YPT Group and PT. Citra Sukapura Megah to enhance capabilities and competivieness of it's institutions, YPT establish some master plan development for a period of 12 years who were devided into 3 phases of 4 year plan (RENETA). At first stage of RENETA (2006-2009), organizational transformation policy has een carried out to build sustainable growth so as to lay a solid fondations towards improving the quality of relevance and competitiveness of the objectives of RENETA II program. Good cooperate/ University Governance who supported by a strategy of quality excellence through a variety of quality policy, which refers to the regulatory (including DIKTI, BAN PT, etc). And packed with ISO 9001: 2008 is expected to increase sattisfaction and build for a long term good relationship with the stakeholders. YPT's plan from 2010, YPT's educational institution will prepare the ISO 9001; 2008 certification with focus an academic services as a vehicle toward world class university.

Telkom Communication technology and management educational and Training foundation, which is now the Telkom Educational Foundation is established together with the establishment of Bandung educational institution Master in Business Administration (MBA) |
September 28th 1990 |
YPT Establish and engineering institution namely Telkom school of technology. MBA Bandung change its name and organization became Bandung College of Management |
May 10th 1993 |
MBA Bandung obtain accreditation "Excellent" from the Ministry of Education and Culture. September 1997 STMB opened the program with bachelor degree of Business Management of Telecommunications and Informatics (MBTI). |
August 5th 2002 |
Bachelor degree program of Telecommunication Business Management Information (MBTI) accredited "A" through a decision of the National Higher Education Accreditation Board (BAN-PT). The opening of the training class (2 years) NIIT Telkom Center (NTC), in collaboration with the National Institute of Information Technology. |

Through changes in notary deed No. 6 dated June 14, 2007 Telkom Communication technology and management educational and Training foundation change it's name became Telkom Educational Foundation.
