TELKOM INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT
Telkom Institute of Management (IM Telkom) or the first named was STMB Telkom was founded with the name Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Bandung through notary Wiratni Ahmad, SH., Number: 163/1990, as the Graduate School (graduate school).
At the beginning of its establishment, the Institute of Telkom Management (IM Telkom) fully adopted Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Philipines schooling system. This system has proven to be very good, because the AIM Graduate School managed to become famous in Asia and the World. MBA Bandung is the organizer of the first MBA program in West Java.
When established, the organization and management of institutions directly supervised by 3 (three) professionals from AIM, namely: 1 (one) Dean (Dean Bernado), 1 (one) Senior Professor (Prof. Rafael J. Azanza), and 1 (one) director (Ms. Emmy De Vera). The three were in fact not only introduce and implement AIM schooling system, more than that, they also tried to cultivate a culture and professional values ??that apply in AIM.
They are doing these activites consistently for 5 years, ie from the year 1990-1995. They come to Telkom Institute of Management (IM Telkom) to teach a team teaching approach, together with the internal faculty Telkom Institute of Management (IM Telkom), and always discuss about the better management of educational institutions.
The application of schooling system at the Institute of Management AIM Telkom (Telkom IM) is quite successful, as shown by the success of Telkom Institute of Management (IM Telkom) together with the IPPM, IPMI, and Prasetya Mulya, was listed as the the best 4 (four) business schools version of the SWA in 1992, ahead of the public universities like UI, ITB, ubuntu, etc.
